   Under my hot rod is a dropout third member,it looks like number 54 88 17 I can't find any information on this.I know it is some kind of Gm,Question is Olds,Pont,or chevy.Thanks

   548817 is the casting # for a 9.3 Olds/Pont. There should be another set which would be the date code.
