Technical help to id this axle and spindles

im trying to buy this axle and spindles, but the guy whos selling it isnt quite sure of the year
if anyone can help id this, i would certainly appreciate it, thanks.

thats what it looks like to me too, but the spindles look round back.

 

Looks like hydraulic bleeders on wheel cylinders also.

Early model A, the first month or so the spindles were round.

 

Definitely "A" mechanical brakes.
I'd check the R/H perch bolt hole too; since it's missing without any signs of heat or oil, could be wallowed out.
