Anyone have an idea what these bucket seats might be out of? Look 60's vintage with no headrest but the side trim does not look familiar to me. Bottom part of seat is 21" wide and the chrome trim is just on the outside edge of each seat.

I think Jeff is right. Click the handles up and tip the backs backward, they'll probably lay flat.

Just tried the handles like you suggested. The seats do not tip backward.

Many years ago I had to modify one of those seats so it would not recline due to the mechanism braking so take the trim off and inspect.

Look to me like early 60s buick or early chevelle.

1967 Rambler is the same except for the direction of the ribs.

Definitely mid 60's Rambler, believe 64-66. Earlier ones of this style only have chrome up the sides. Do not recall seeing AMC buckets of this vintage with no chrome, nor the upholstery pattern so I'd guess someone did a custom "tuck and roll" job in the past.

Good guess on the Rambler guys.
I did what I should have done in the beginning and took one of the handles off. It had a part number which I ran and found it belonged to a 60's vintage Rambler. I then checked some more and saw the exact match to some of my hardware parts on a few E-Bay ads.
    Thanks again all.
I have other ideas for my build and planned to get rid of these seats but wanted to make sure before I sell them that I knew what they might be worth.
