Help, to post large pics....Need to reduce?

Hello all, I'm trying to post a pic or two of my car, but the pic are to large for this sites allowance...Any suggestions on how to reduce the pics. They are anywhere from 300+kb to 490kb and this site only allows 80kb. Thanks....

Download the following, install it. Then right click on the file and there will be an option to resize the photo.

Very simple to use..
