Gents, I've been trying to find a good tire combo for my Salt Flat style rims. Not sure that Pie Crusts would look right on them, or just a cheater slick. I really liked "Salt Flats Speed Shop"s rear tire set up, I believe they're like a Firestone Dirt Track.

Can I get some opinion from you? I will be running fenders, so I know it wont expose the tire a whole lot.

    What say you HAMB?

I would put big and little bias ply's on myself but I know some people have to have radials and I understand, sorta.....

Those wide things just look nasty.

Firestone dirt trackers would be good. For radials I'd go with Excelsior sport radial.

Thanks for your response ScrapMetal48, I looked up the Coker Bias Plys. The only issue I'm seeing is that they might not make my size. The rims are 16" and super wide. I'll research other makers.

Striper, thanks Excelsior is looking pretty good price wise.

These are some pics I could come up with for reference....
