Help: What brakes are these??

Hey guys, I picked up a project that was built a long time ago it seems and I have no idea what these front brakes are. Any help would be great guys!!

 

Bendix style, depending on drum size maybe F-1 or F-2.

 

Chevy..... Like 1954 or so...

 

Whats confusing me is the spindles. The brakes and spindles on my f100 arent like anything like this. Any help is awesome guys!

 

That's 'cuz they're Chevy spindles.
