Help, what is this?

I just bought this cowl from the Reno Swap Meet in Sacramento. I think it is a cowl from a 20's Dodge because of the holes in the cowl to mount the wind shield post.
Can anyone tell me what this cowl is from Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Desoto or Maxwell and what year it might be ?

I got an idea...take it out of the truck and get some better pics. take a picture of the dash as well.
