This door has been opened too far sometime in its life. I had these dipped and because of health they were epoxy primed and have sat for a few years. Now this door is my last hurdle. If anyone has done this repair or just has any tips I'm all ears. You can see by the pics the door fits pretty good. Both doors need a little rust repair at the bottom and I have the pieces for that, that'll be a challenge in itself. My dilemma is the back edge of this door. The outside skin needs repaired at the middle and bottom hinge. The inner re-enforcing with the hinge rivets is pulled away from the hinge, it's still tight to the hinge around the rivets though. It's not split or torn but the riveted bracket for the window run is pulled to the inside with it. It's too far off for a window to go down. At this stage I'm planning to cut the inner skin about 12" from the back, release the spot welds from the back edge so I'll then have good access to figure out how to straighten this mess. The inner skin is pulled to the inside of the door at that back edge and fixing that will be easier then also. Taking off the entire inner skin seems like too big a pain in the ***. I don't see how going through the headache of removing the hinges will allow me to straighten that inside piece. Look over the pics let me know what you think. Thanks, When this is fixed I'll dial in the hinges. 20260211_161047.jpg 20260206_134745.jpg 20260211_160805.jpg 20260206_140213.jpg 20260206_140125.jpg 20260206_135752.jpg 20260206_135946.jpg 20260206_140440.jpg
