Help with a hamb mbr

Hi, I am a friend with" King Of the Mercs" I asked him for help in trying to get a HAMBER "MOVINMAN" to return an EXPENSIVE --RARE TAPE OF THE 1984 MERC/DEUCE REUNION.. turns out MOVINMAN is a friend of King of the mercs.
I met MOVINMAN on the HAMB when I bought hupcaps he had on the HAMB in November 2011--in speaking to him he begged me to let him make VCRcooies of the 84 Merc/Deuce reunion and he would send me one and my original,,He has NOT done anything but ignore my emails and phone calls. Can the HAMB email him about this? He is the first car guy to ever BURN ME and I don't like it..If you can't or won't contact him..PLEASE TELL ME what else I can do to make his reputation known to other HAMB members..
