Hot Rods Help with brake conversion

    Still pretty new to the 40 ford brakes thing I know for you guys all of this stuff is pretty common.. I'm trying to put a set of 56 f100 self energizing brakes in place of the 40 ford brakes.. I was told there is some sort of adapter? Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks

    No adapters, just the right combo of bearings and a little grinding. I don't have the detailed part numbers, but I did the swap twenty years ago and it was easy. Do a search in the Tech Section and I'd bet you find the info.
