I got my horn ring and wiring sorted out with the exception of the actual horn for my 54 chevy. I want something nice. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance. Tom

Get one that sounds like an 18 wheeler. It scares the shit out of bad drivers.

i'd go with some older Caddy horns. they had some 2 & 3 toned horns that sound great.

I do not have pics but the engine bay is all chromed out. Polished aluminum intake, ss cowl. It real nice. I would like a vintage look, and nice tone. I saw some chrome hi/lo horns. But they are made of plastic.

Bad ass, quality, classy, vintage or old school are the features I am looking for. Tom

    I'm going to second this.
When i rebuilt my old 53, i rewired to 12v and kept both stock horns. They sounded great, were LOUD and had that stock/vintage look because they were.
As long as you are not laying on them for 5 minutes they wont burn out.
