Technical Help with I.D. of Front End

Hey fellas:

I'm looking to adapt an anti-sway bar to my dropped axle and really like the simplicity and clean look of this set-up. I remember seeing these a long time ago but can't recall on which brands or models they were used. I'm also thinking that more than one manufacturer had this style.

Looks like a Chevrolet to me. What years, I'm not sure. late 30's to 1940?

 

That's what's under my 39 Chevy (factory set up).
