Pennsylvania acts like everything is stolen if there is no ***le. If you keep all of your receipts from a build you can get a special inspection and you will receive what they call a Street Rod ***le. I have bought things with no ***les and have ended up selling them as parts. No more buying anything without the ***le lady looking at it first.
