I have been looking all over the internet for information on some parts used on an episode of Overhaulin. Their web site is useless and the rest of the web ****s! However it did lead me to the site and after reading some posts and checking things out the site has to be the best! So enough smoke blowin, a few episodes ago the did a GTO for a kid in a wheelchair and the set the car up with a floor mounted shifter that controlled the gas and break by pulling forward or pushing back and it had a push ****on on the handle to control the shifting of the car. I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction to purchase a set up like that. I to am in a wheelchair and have a hot rod that sometimes is very hard to run in a fast straight line when I have to gas with my left hand and try to hold the steering wheel with my forearm and column shift the gears. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

    would something like this help?
it's how they did it "back in the day" for returning vets.
i also have a parts manual that shows all of the individual components, most of them look like they could be fabricated easily enough.
