Help with wheel ID

Can anyone help me ID these wheels,who made them? Any info is appreciated.

Halibrand No windows turned around backwards I believe. Thats the side thats usually inside. There was a deuce in either Rod & Custom or Streetrodder that had them on it turned that way not too long ago.
