Help with Wheel Identification

Hey HAMBers!

I have been trying to identify the model and era of a set of mag wheels I picked up a while back, with no success.

They are American Racing alloy wheels with a dual bolt pattern 5 x 4.5" & 5 x 4.75"

Basically trying to figure out when they would be period correct for, and what the model was called. Any info would be appreciated.

p.s. any opinions as to mounting these up on my '26 Roadster (instead of the Big n' Little Centerline solid disks I'm running now) would also be interesting.

 

I first saw those in the 90's. I'd have to vote no.
