    workin on a 67 vette BBC has 3 duece setup, been sittin for years-pulled front carb off and it actually has 2 pin holes bottom of float bowl and where power valve should be there is a EELCO part with 2 no. 72 jets in it !!! . lookin to get car driveable and sell for woman- her husband died. is there an easy way to fix bowl??? and anybody ever use this set-up on the holley 3x2 unit by EELCO?

    The front carb may not have been made with a metering block and use the internal plate instead. I have never seen one made by Eelco but they may have. If your worried about the float bowl you'll just have to replace it ,the Eelco metering block may be ok just leave it. 72 is a little leaner than I would go but I'm kind of a race car guy. best of luck
