Hot Rods Help wth 331 Caddy

I am finishing the build of a '51 Caddy. It will be in front of a '50 hydramatic in a '27 T roadster pickup. I need to know how to plumb a remote oil filter, the flow pattern and all. And I need to know the best way to run water for a heater. I am also looking for a new or replacement oil tower fill cap. Any and all help is appreciated.
