Technical Help!

Good times!!

Trans is locked up so I'm deciding on finding a rebuilt, fixing the one I have, or putting in a used one I found local.
also might try to bite the bullet and hunt down some Strombergs as the fords where rebuilt and don't work well.

and what is wrong with the carbs?

 

Not sure really, they wont adjust up and still backfiring, ill double check everything when i get it back together.

 

Where do you live in NY? I have a pile of transmissions and parts
