You haven't been able to reply to cl***ified ads for over a year now. You have to send a message to the seller. Click on the sellers name under their avatar and then click on the "start a conversation tab" on their profile and send them a message.
Click on the username of the poster found right under his avatar... Then, you will see this: Click, start a conversation... Done.
