    Thoughts on camshaft regrinds, stock or a little performance ? Motor is going to be mostly stock with a set a headers and maybe a 2x4.

    if you're going to regrind you might as well add a little to it. Would help to measure your engine so you know what the actual C/R is. If you don't grind much you may get away with non-adj valve train.

    Stock cam as in reuse what ever came out? Or regrind it to a stock-ish profile?
    Can you reuse what ever came out? Sure, but it won't be ideal since there will be wear on the lobes and it won't be uniform.
    Is this a fresh rebuild? New springs and such?

    All else being equal, a near-stock 325 will respond well to a profile in the 210 @50 x 0.450 range. Bump the c/r to 10:1 and the cam profile can follow.

    Fresh rebuild with new pistons and springs and such.
