hemi intake 4x2 or 8x2

  3. I would stay with the 8x2 it's *****ing man my dads running a 4x2 on his hemi in his 40ford but was because at time couldn't find a 6 or 8 good score mate

    Skirv are the 2 carbs in the rear balanced to open the same as the 2 carbs in the front on that intake? School me :rolleyes:

    Yes DP, they all do the same thing at the same time. They pretty much have to with that intake. There is no common plenum. There are dividers between the runners with just a very small hole to provide some balance. Basically, each carb feeds 2 cylinders, one on each bank.

    on the horne it is an open plenun, all cylinders run on all 4 carbs basicly

    might bring it with me to that giant flea market in pensilvania this fall and see if i can sell it there or trade.

    i also have the progressive linkage to go with the intake.
