Trying to find a trans adapotor to fit a early Ford trans to a 331 Hemi. This is the "Industrial motor". I am told there are 2 versions of this motor. One with large bell housing and one with smaller type. Mine is the large type. Also needed is a 3x2 carb intake, a 2x2 would work as well (If they made one?). Please contact me at jerryduncan@netrax.net with price and condition if you can help. Thanks Jerry
Wow... Has the hamb gone soft? Hi Jerry... You should post an intro and file this under the WANTED section. In the old days this thread would have been filled with Kentucky **** or kitty-cat photos... You got lucky! Hyfire
There is a company, TROYS ENGINE MANUFACTURING, 166 N. Yellowstone Hwy, in Rigby, Idaho that cuts off the extended bellhousing and welds on an adapter. Call them at 208-745-7347. They build hemis and can give you much needed info and service if you desire. Also call Rod and Custom Machine in ****son, TN. Phone # is 615-441-3903. They build nothing but hemis. I bought a 354 from them. Nice folks to deal with and know all about hemis and what can be done to them. Ask for Jeremy or Mike. They are very busy and probably will have to call you back.
Spend some more time looking around the board brotha'! Then ask... This should get you started. If you don't see it, bring up the questions in the right places so we can add to the pile of info... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118764&highlight=HEMI+Tech-+Index One more thing... DO AN INTRO!!!!!!! Trust me!! You will get eatin' up w/out an intro. If not in this thread, another!
