That model is called the BMW 600 or sometimes referred to as the Limousine. There were a few drag cars that used a Messerschmitt body so they could race in a certain class with an advantage. There must have been dozens of "bubble cars" as they were called, it was a fad of the fifties in Europe. Messerschmitt, Isetta, Trojan, Heinkel, Janus were just a few. The Austin Mini was designed specifically to compete with this new class of tiny cars and effectively did them in.
