Hits a sore nerve, though. About a year ago, I agreed to buy a friend's '30 coupe (all stock, but comes w/ a core '56 Chrysler engine), then my wife had an unexpected bill come up which wiped my car fund out.

I guess I won't be sleeping tonite...

I think you"ll be running 10s easy I have a 33 chevy coupe that ran A/Altered with a 392 it did 138.8 10.32 in the quarter on 8inch slicks and couldn't realy get bite this was in 61or62 I saw the timeslip but didn't own the car then I got it no engine or trans
