Hemi RPU help (ID)

I am trying to track down a sweet HAMBer project ...

-hemi powered
-rpu
-perfect stance
-exceptional design, construction
-incomplete

I have searched high and low, prowled through many pages , but no luck!?! I cannot remember the builder and would like to track down the various threads to save the info. Any help would be appreciated.
