I finally got to the point I couldn't procrastinate starting the '54 331 hemi I built for the '40 Plymouth I am building for a guy. I HATE starting new engines!!! I usually at least install the distributor 180deg out of phase. I turned the key and the stupid thing started humming like a kitten. Shocked me to death!! Was sure something was desperately wrong but no, it seems fine. Blind sow got an acorn.
Make a new upper shock mount to the frame and it will work much better than where the factory put it.
