I just found out my Red Ram engine is wounded and I'm looking at using a Desoto hemi, or a 259 Plymouth poly. I want to know if my bellhousing and trans setup will work with either of those engines without having to buy more parts or modify what I have. The setup is a stock truck bellhousing with a stock flywheel/clutch with a T-5. Will the crank centerline be the same as the other engines or will I have to change something? Thanks for the help, as always you guys are awesome!

All the early blocks ('54 Up Chry/'52 up DeSoto/'53 up Dodge/'55 up Plymouth are the same in that regard........everything should bolt on as is.

Gotta be careful about the term 'early'...too many definitions....
Chrysler 54-58, DeSoto 52-57, Dodge 53 -57, Plymouth 55-61, including the Dodge poly and the A series engines.
