Technical hemi vertex magneto. convert to centrifugal advance?

Picked up a fixed advance scintilla vertex mag for my 392 at the puyallup swap meet. Can they be converted to centrifugal advance for the street, and who does it? be nice to get as much as 20 degrees out of it.

Yes by swapping the plates inside
