I am working on a 331 Hemi. I'm using the Hotheads BBC water pump setupI put the pulley on the crankshaft and it doesn't line up with the water pump , they are a long ways off. The crankshaft pulley sets way back under the water pump.. Is there a spacer to move the crank pulley out?

  2. You need a short water pump and a deep water pump
Pulley and it should work out real close. I needed 1/4 shim behind the crank pulley.

  3. Here's a pic, you can see the pulley groves just behind the blower belt.
But there's a million ways to skin this cat without a blower to worry about.

I used the short BBC pump with HH single groove pulleys but also need to buy the spacers they sell to align it properly.

I used the long BBC pump, it fits over the OEM timing cover on the 55-8 Chr car hemis

  6. So what's the rest of the parts combo with the long pump and stock cover ?

W/P pulley is a 2 groove about 2 1/2" deep. The rear groove lines up with the middle groove of the 3 groove crank pulley.
