Thought I'd better re-introduce myself after being gone for a few years. Not been doing much on anything since I moved from Michigan down here to St. Louie MO. After getting down here I had all sorts of high hopes to get my '55 Nomad gasser going..... but after getting into my new job, doing the 12 hour day thing and traveling way too much for work, the Nomad gasser project has sit still (probably will stay that way too). I did meet some folks that were into bikes so I kinda got back into them for social reasons. They're great people and fun to hang with, not that car guys aren't... I bought an older '76 FLH Shovelhead and redid it a couple years ago and have been going here and there on the weekends and still the Nomad sits. I've been a gearhead all my life and I think what really happened it that I miss my buddies from the Midland MI area, serveral of which have been active here on H.A.M.B. I tried the Chevy car clubs but just not the same. Sorry, I'm just rambling. Later dudes and dudettes...
