Very nice job. How many hours did you spend getting all the sheet metal to line up so well? While you are shooting pictures could you take one of the windshield wiper motor area? My 40 project has no wiper motor and I have been unable to find any pictures of how and where it is mounted.
The car really looks like a 1950's make over. Life is far to short, so enjoy it every day.

 

Why would anyone in their right mind want a black 40 coupe?

My grandma called me all upset, someone stole her couch.

 

And it doesnt sound like he is gonna be ready to give up the comfy coutch anytime soon.

I love that car, man - here's mine with the stock bumpers front and rear you are going to install.

When you do the bumpers get the stock bumper arms. The new repops are not as nice as the originals nor do they fit as well.
