i'm new at all of this stuff so please be patient with me. I'm here mainly to learn everything i can from anyone who knows more about hotrodding than I(most likely a vast number of you). I have a 67 ford mustang which I bought about 2 years ago as a project car for my father and me to hot rod and fix up; however my father is pretty busy any more and really dosen't have the time to work on it with me due to his work schedual but i'm determined to make my stang the car i want it to be so I started working on it a couple of weeks ago and i have found it to be more of a mess than i thought. I'm still determined,
I've been into cars since i was 16 but i never realy did much other than replace a wore-out alternater or change the oil. i hope to learn a great deal while working on my stang.

Welcome jambow... the first order of business would be to advise you that '67 mustangs aren't the focus here, even though quite a few of us may like and own them. We tend to discuss hot rods and customs in the style of prior to 1964 or so, even though there may be some exceptions.

That being said, there are a lot of people who will be happy to assist you in your quest for knowledge in the area of drivetrain rebuilding, bodywork methods, and parts locating, as well as general automotive help - as long as you don't go crazy posting incessant pictures of the 'stang. It's not that we don't like them, but, as I said, we tend to focus on other styles.

Pull up a chair, spend some time reading a lot of posts to get the flavor of the place, and then start asking your questions....if we can't answer them, we can usually point you to who can.
