True, but she did not have a plexi moonroof in the middle of her chest!

I'm not hating on these cars, I'm just saying if I owned one I'd pull the hood and sell it and enjoy the rest of the car with a standard hood.

 

Sold for $7,000. I can take or leave the hood but I like the Skyliner roof a lot.
Got a friend in Monrovia who's had one of these since '72 in nice driver shape with power steering, power seat and windows; it's a bit of a sleeper because the previous owner swapped in a '54 or so Mercury engine/trans/rearend and kept the Ford valve covers.

 

Wow what a nice find. Mild kustom I'd say from the visible modifications. Hood is unique and as I hear pretty rare as well
