I'll throw mine out there too.

To make it fit the 32 frame, I cut the cowl in half, set the body on the frame to match the width then welded a 3" section in and smoothed the cowl (gas) door. The lower portion of the firewall was made from flat sheet metal and welded into place. The extra 3" in the width helped with foot room too.

Dave, did you run into any weird issues with the doors (either at the back edge or the front) when you widened the cowl?
