picture her perched, up ON THE HANDLE BARS, hair blowing over his shoulder, with a big smile on her face, as she tried to keep her balance.

The Champion spark plugs, new in the boxes of racing plugs from Cotton Owens race shop. $25 for a box of 10.

I was a first time Hershey goer. It's kinda like Bonneville, descriptions and explanations and pictures don't convey the experience. You have to go see it yourself.

I wouldn't mind the '65 L-79 intake with the septum milled out, and I would grab about 3 sets of valve covers I can see there, looks like a WCFB at the back there as well. Too bad Hershey is so damned far away for me, I bet I'd go nuts if I went there. Probably have to rent a shipping container!:D

Oops, carbs a 4gc. Still lots there to lust after.

I know some guys from here go to hershey. I could probably find my #12 thumb screw style Wittek clamps there, then I'd just have to pay for them! At least they would fit in my carry-on.:D

I went on Thursday....beautiful weather. Here are some of my glimpses. As usual, I walked 6 hours straight & could hardly get out of bed the next day.

I did buy some gauges & gauge panels...only stuff I could fit in my backpack. It was very difficult to discipline myself.... last year I knuckled under & bought a set of '32 Chrysler headlights that I lugged around & barely made it back to the car.

I got this speedo, which is a MYSTERY to me. It appears to be early 60's graphics, but the bezel is attached the way S/W did it back in the 30's/40's. Also, the case is odd, with a hammer finish paint job and a strange hook up for the cable. Is this for a motorcycle or ? If you twirl the stem counterclockwise, the needle responds way faster than a regular speedo or tach.

Greatly appreciate all the pictures. Could only make Friday. Spent early day in the car corral & only got to see a fraction of the swap areas before the storm rolled in. Here are a few select images. Thought it was interesting they partially dis***embled the Faultless Runabout barn find before covering it.

this was my hershey and carlisle swap meet scores, found alot of good stuff at both.

highlight at Carlisle was the stewart warner strait five panel with a full set of twin blue gauges including the 160mph speed! hot damn!
