Hey from Winder!

Just wanted to say hello- joined yesterday and FINALLY figured out how to fish the HAMB registration email out of the Yahoo spam tonight! Moved to Winder, GA about 3 years ago form right outside of Philly, PA to start a new job and get my Master's from UGA.

Car-wise, I've been slowly putting parts together for a '27 Model T Speedster based on a Raceway-type body. It's been a while since I've done ANY real work on a car (marriage, two children and shool take up the first 25 hours of the day ), but I've been looking forward to getting the knuckles skinned again.

Looking worward to sharing info ideas- and meeting fellow HAMBERs!

 

Too bad I need to go back to college to spell "school", huh?

Grew up in bethlehem, have 99% of all the links to cars real or myths in the county. Look for the "grumpy Ed speed shop" '50 chevy pick-up or the red '55 belair that'll make your teeth rattle that be me and my old man pissin folks off in town.

Thanks again for the welcomes & invites- used to be in the Buford area regularly, but I switched from Gwinnett public Schools to Oconee last year. Drop in pay, but now I work 40 hours instead of 60-80 per week.
