My buddy John Martin in Missouri is up for the good guys homebuilt award, I met John at the hot rod reunion years ago, one of the nicest fellas I've ever met, retired from Harley Davidson, spent a lot of years wrenching on top fuel funny cars in the 60's. It's a badass 34 Ford. Help me to help him win this award. Last year his wife was in bad health so he couldn't make it to Bowling Green, but here's to a better year this year. Click the link, roll down to the 34 Ford, click the vote box for me :D thanks my friends ;)

OK,Tryed, but it then showed a note"You already voted",,I did I guess,or the click made that happen.
Said only one vote left? It now shows only other car close is 5 votes behind=looks like a sure win !!

That site is BS! I clicked on the black Model A just to look at the car and the page came up 404 error. Then I went down to vote for your buddies 34 (Bad ass by the way) and it said I already voted:mad:
Sorry about that. Just click on the 34?

If my wife's health gets better I plan to be at Bowling Green this summer. I hope to see you there.

I need your help. My 34 Ford is entered in the Goodguys home built car of the year competition. Could you and your friends possibly vote for me before the deadline Monday at noon?

To vote go to https://good-guys.com/homebuilt21 Scroll down the left set of photos and click on Vote Today. then scroll down the photos and click on the photo of my car (#11) at the bottom. If your vote counts the number in the box will increase. If not, please try again since several people have had to try more than once to get their vote counted. If you encounter the 404 page not available screen, go to the door of the car in the photo and click on home page. That will enable you to vote.

Thanks in advance for all your help. See you soon.

    John Martin

One of the guys here at work said that he had to search good guys homebuilt award, and go in that way, so it didn't think it was me voting again

The little box with the heart and number of votes, click on vote. Then it said vote for this car. I clicked it and it worked. Apparently it's not working very well. I've got buddies texting me that it won't work. I googled good guys homebuilt heaven, went there, and it let me vote again on the traditional. I don't know. But I appreciate everyone trying. He's one of my friends, and I'd love to see him get it.

Yeah, same issue- their code doesn't like my phone. Or vice versa. I'll try again.

    Sorry Lloyd

I tried a number of times and the vote tally didn’t change. I even tried voting like I did in the last presidential election, (for me and three dead relatives) still no luck.

I tried a dozen time's Lloyd, it won't let me do it!!! I think it'd be easier to get an Act of Congress passed than it would be to vote for your buddy's Bad Ass '34, it's a damned shame too, that car is head and shoulder's above the other's! Kinda' makes me think the system is rigged...

Hmmm...perhaps the winner has already been picked (politics), so they don't care if the voting system works at all?

Don't know if it works, but he said if you get that 404 page, click on the door of that car and it'll take you to where you'll be able to vote. But I don't know what is up. It let me vote again on the traditional.

I got the same 404 ERROR message if I tried to click on the car but the heart like button worked for me just clicking it on the main listing page of the cars. I'm on a computer.
