    Hi,

I've been a lurker for awhile now. There's some really good information here, so I finally decided to register. I just picked up my huge project... kind of on a whim and against my wife's wishes. So now I am in trouble, especially if it doesn't go smoothly.

It's a 1938 Chevy Pickup and needs a lot of work. It came with an incomplete 350 sbc (basically hanging out with one bolt holding it in) and a turbo 350 ****** out of the truck. A lot of the truck was dis***embled, so I'm just rust busting and making a long list of things to do. There's a lot of extra duplicate parts, so I will eventually try to trade some.

Anyways, it's good to be here. I hope I can learn a lot from you guys. It would be great to talk to somebody who has the same truck. Right now it kind of feels like putting a jigsaw puzzle together... with missing pieces and no picture to go off of.

    Thanks!
