Another GREAT place to eat!! Anyone ever been to Mrs.Whites Golden Rule Cafe!!!! Down town Phx by the ball park. Southern style,soul food down home cooking!! All meals are the same price, 13 bucks plus tax. Great fried chicken, collard greens, taters & gravy!!! Excellent food!!!

Word of warning!!! NO Cussin!!! Thats the rule,,,! If you do, you will be asked to leave. If you dont leave, the kitchen staff WILL remove you!!!

Cant, working on a car I just sold. Buyer is coming from out of state to pick up early Friday. Maybe next time.

 

Im in if we can find a place near the phx scottsdale tempe borders, I'll have to sneak out at lunch.

 

Scottsdale/phoenix/tempe side of town sounds to me like Slices pizza off of mill ave in the heart of good ol tempe. Thursday night should not be too busy for parking out front. But even if it is there is a parking garage.

 

Got the car done,,,anything going on tonight???? How about Spinato's Pizza, 1219 E Glendale at 7 PM??? Other suggestions???

I just want to lay in the air conditioning this evening and NOT have to hear my female's voice... I feel a gin and tonic coming on!

Boy you Guy's missed some great Pizza!!! Jim & I got a medium "Get Meaty" Pizza. Italian Sausage, Italian Beef, pepperoni & smoked Canadian bacon!!!YUM!!!!!!!!!! That with a couple glasses of cold Pepsi!! Great Dinner!!

 

Amongst the best pizza i've ever had. MMMMMMM!

Absolutely to both! progress has been one step forward, two steps back this week, but I buttoned up the engine this afternoon. That back room is insanely hot. it was only 'bout 105 out today, (ten times better than the 115 and above since you went back home) but damn! Even in my little hellhole of a shop when it's 125 or so there is airflow... Not so over in the dungeon at Steve's.

Damn, I thought twice after I posted but just didn't have the energy to get off the couch. Sounds like I missed something good. Next month I'll be back in the groove.

 

Hey everyone, since most of you guys are pretty busy I decided I'm going to try and spearhead this one. This Thursday is the the third Thursday. I vote we take this show back to where it all started. Meet at the Royal around 6:30? The Royal is at 16th Street and Oak.
