I heard this phrase from a friend the other day. "Hey! There's a car just like your Edsel for sale - get down here!" Now - I don't need another project - but I'm curious so I head down the road. It isn't an Edsel - but still an AWESOME car! 1951 Packard Patrician 400 All original - been repainted - new brakes (lines, shoes etc) - wheel bearings - re-done straight 8 head and recent valve job. Runs like a dream. I'm not interested - but man - what a cool car!
Confused....thinking a Packard is an Edsel...next thing they'll be telling you where a 32 Ford Cabriolet is?
Lol - I was born in 76 and know the difference - but a lot of people I know wouldn't know a Studebaker from a DeSoto....regardless of their age....to some "an old car is an old car"
Some people are not car people. Most of them drive toyotas because they can't think for themselves. they also voted for obama.
hahahaha amen brother.. that would make a great signature! That's a real cool Packard, my girlfriend really likes those early 50s ones.
