Forty year mechanic..started with a late 31 Coupe when I was nine,split it with my dad and brothers..we each ponied up fifty bucks for it ,later bought a 31 deluxe delivery that I sold when I went in the Navy for 2500 bucks..fast forward the forty years, through a motorcycle phase (41 Indian army scout,30.50,with harley 45 slugs) got into Vws,currently have a 67 beetle and a 57 oval..traded some welding work for an A engine and lined up a late 31 pickup,comes with period correct bullet holes..figure Ill build me a banger.
