Hi all. Been a member for a while here and never really thought my 2cents mattered much.Anyway the guy cutting threads on a lathe caught my attention as I am a toolroom machinist. One of my least favorite jobs is doing a 2-56 thread on a 134 thou Diameter Inconel stud. I think it's a thou and a half on the go and no go gauges. But anyway,Hardinge and Bridgeport get me through the day.Just waiting for the day to start looking for a model A sedan with no fenders as my project.
