Hi. Back from Minnesota.Hi. It’s been years but I’m back

Hi it’s been a long time, lots of races and many old age issues.
I should get a couple things out of the way so y’all dot have to jump on me. Not asking for sympathy but just a little understanding. I have an old
Age issue that has left me with dim an double vision that can’t be corrected. There fore I’ll make typing errors occasionally that can render my output a little screwy. I’m sorry that’s just the way it is. I try and proof red but because I don’t always see it in th first place it will get by me.. it’s extremely difficult to type as I can easily miss a letter which can mess up meaning so please bear with me. I’ll do my best to try and be as accurate as I can. I have not learned how to dictate by computer and what little I have done is worse than I do just picking away here.
I don’t even remember my last post here, it’s been that long.
A shorted recap, I started drag racing at a track in ‘59. At minn dragways. I proceeded in stock racing into dragsters then into top gas before it was eliminated. Then I go into top fuel funny cars then a short steep down to alcohol funnycar cars . Since I was working in a got rod shop and a machine shop it was a natural. I wanted to continue my education as mech eng. so after I became toolmaker I left the shop and went back to school. I hit the books much as I had played sports and drag racing. “ full throttle , don’t ever quit , take no prisoners. .” And……. Never leave my friends behind. I 35 years of high tech engineering. Some of it still leaves me in aw of what I did.

I’ve not been a politician but of late I’m known to drag my invisible soapbox around. It doesn’t take a calculator to know why.


One more very important thing for me to say in case my number comes up sooner than statistics say, I want to personally thank each and everyone of you that served this great country for your time and sacrifice. Recuse me I had to wipe a tear away. Ok so my re intro is done you may email me and I’ll try and get back. I get a ridiculous number of emails every day.
