  1. hi there, my names Russ and i come from Lower Largo on the East coast of Scotland about 8 miles along the beach from St Andrews, I`m 45 years old, married with one son and I`ve been in the body shop trade since 1977, I`m a fully fledged 15-48 Ford fan and my current rod is an early 47 ford sedan with gm clip 10 bolt rear, 4 bolt 350 chevy full of edelbrock goodies an a trusty th350, caddy tilt n tele column , torquoise paint and seafoam blue & white tuk n roll interior, it`s been finished a couple of years now but it still makes me grin every time i fire it up an go for a drive.
Over the years i`ve had a large and varied rod custom and 50`s Americana collection some good some not so good but all driven in all weather conditions and driven hard, if i can figure out how to put pictures up i will but that should be enough to be going on with just , cheer`s.
    Russ.

  9. cheers guy`s, kOPPAk yes it was a roger rabbit car, is your`s was the red one with the straight 6 that came from blues brothers autos via a guy called Wilf it wasn`t an rr car but was sold as one, i looked at this one years ago when it came in and it had sat at bb autos for years before Wilf got it, Skimmer how`s tricks not heard you on ukhotrods for a while, Redneck it came from universal studio`s through John Reid of Reids rod parts, now of Socal speedshop, but bringing cars in from the USA is easy, there`s plenty good shipping companies out there , we use Kingstown shipping and they provide a good door to door service
