I've been dropping in and looking at the advise your members have provided for some time now. Figured I'd have to join one of these days. Have several rods under various stages of construction (Like who doesn't) and just delving into Chev inline 6's. Hope to learn and maybe sometime I'll have something to donate but I gotta tell you, looks like you already have it all. Uncle Bob

Wow Dad, it's been just over a year since you finally joined and you've already passed away. Fellas, unclebob (there are a few on here with different spellings) passed away December 6th at 9:30am. We found out in April that he had non-Hodgkins lymphoma type cancer, but by the time we found out it was already stage 4. Unclebob did chemo, intending to kick this disease. Four different types of chemo, in fact, and several regimens of each kind. The tumor kept growing (in April it was the size of a baked potato) and then began to spread. We laid him to rest December 9th with a procession of more than 20 hot rods following the hearse. It was a fitting tribute to the greatest man I've ever known. Thanks for moving his status to Member Emeritus, Ryan. Only 4 posts from him, but he lurked a LOT before finally joining, then lurked a lot afterwards too.
And I was going to welcome him and warn him to watch out for you Eric because you are a good guy. Im sure he is watching you and has a big ol" smile right about now. God speed UncleBob!
