I have been involved with Hot Rodding for quite a few years now and was one of the original member who started up the "Papakura Rod and Custom Club" down this way.
I had a T Bucket that was powered by a 312ci T-Bird engine then i had a 33 3 Window Coupe (Steel and Ford of course) which got stolen back in the 80s and never seen again.
I have been involved with the Biggest Hot rod and Rock and Roll Festival in the Southern Hemisphere here in Whangamata, New Zealand since the start which is 16 years.
