woah......cant believe Ive owned my Small block Chevy since I was 24 thats more than 20 years hmm anyway I stuck it in my 40 Coupe a while back. I stroked and bored it and stuffed it with one of those P.A.W. kits you see in all the Rod mags so Ive got a 383 cuber now backed a one of those newish Turbo 400s Pete jackson edelbrock nitrous msd mallory holley brodix weiand all helped out along the way. Originally ran the car with a poncho 400cuber with 4 speed original drums and suspension 57 ford 9inch rear it was all too hairy for me.

Swapped out the chassis for a nice tci setup independant front coilover rear discs manual steering. It stops . It goes. and it will go around corners too.

Have a buddy building a 32 roadster with 625hp big block ford should go well another buddy building a 32 roadster with big Hemi motor it would be nice to talk to all rodders everywhere meanwhile hi to ya all from Sunny London England. Mr pp:cool:

I live in the UK and I have quite a few buddies that are into Hotrods.

When I was 15 I had a friend who was older than me he was an apprentice mechanic at the local garage. He saw me walking up the street, and offered me a lift in a customers car. The car was a Buick Riveira maybe mid 60s or so.

I said to him is it fast? He looked at me and and nailed that puppy, The tyres burst into smoke and the engine roared then it changed into second gear and carried on accelerating and the tyres squealed and carried on smoking. My heart was in my throat.

F**k Me! this is quick.............. was all I could say. Ive been hooked on fast cars ever since.........Mrpp
