This is the unit I am putting in my wagon, to run my iPod. It is a controller and amp all in one. http://www.crutchfield.com/p_2061PXI502/Kicker-11PXI50-2.html#overview-tab
I'm a little more O'Skool when it comes to the sounds. I made a unit to fit under the dash, it looks something like a early 45rpm player. I installed a stereo with CD, it excepts an Ipod, a cassette deck and a CD stacker. I can play any of these with the CD's, tapes already in my library. It also, holds my Air Ride controls.................The unit looks good under the dash too. CRUISER
I'm just in the process of getting tunes in my truck. AM/FM with USB input and amp under the seat. A remote is mounted on a hinged plate under the dash. When you need to change channels, volume, etc. you swing the remote down below the dash. When you are done just swing in up under the dash and it is out'a'sight.
I just bought a sound system for a motorcycle it has amp 2 speakers and knob to adjust sound volume for $100 can mount under dash and use mp3 player and you don't see anything.Amp is about size of a candy bar and 2 chrome bullet speakers and all wire hook up comes with it.Going to mount in 40 no big wire to battery like most amps
