Technical High clearance wheels

How much is 2 milk truck or high clearance worth on todays market.
18 by 4.5 or 5 and 5 x 5.5 ( true Ford, not Chevys fixed ) with nice edges, no pittings, straight. Can they be found ?
-If some has 2, I pay good, text me.

 

I have a buddy who bought 2 and is having them re-hooped and the bolt pattern changed to 5 x 5.5, and he will be in around $2K for the pair. The guy doing the modifications is here on the HAMB, and I think he goes by the wheel kid, or something like that. Definitely heard his name dropped before, but haven't used him. Sometimes you can find the aftermarket aluminum ones for sale, but they're the same price.

To help your search efforts, include Divco because they were the milktruck manufacturer.

Most of the lug holes a ****** up requiring 1” od lug nuts. Because of that I would make sure your center is fitting the hub. If not, have rings made.

 

I'm only into Divcos/Fords ( not Chevys to fit Fords )
Again, if anyone has 2 of them contact me.
I can pay over 3K if 2 fine ones and I prefere 5" wide ( or 4.5" and over.
But seems very hard to find, years since I saw something out on internet by search.

They are 3-5/8" wide.

I have a pair of the last run of re-pops. They were cheap, no rust and straight. Couldn't go wrong!

The V&V Speed/ AAW Aluminum high clearance wheels that were offered 10 or 12 years ago came in from memory, a 4, 4.5 and maybe 5-inch width option with options for early ford, late ford pattern and gm stud pattern. I bought two pairs when they were liquidated on eBay only real differences are the weight and the lack of inner lug nut strength stampings like an early ford wheel. which you don't see with caps.
I have a feeling ET wheels were planning on reviving the wheel like the AAW version in 16 and 18 inch

 

I still kick myself for not getting in on that deal when they liquidated them.

I'm not building a patina'd car, so my pretty wheels will be fine for me!

There's 1 or 4 six lug originals on eBay. I think the seller is trying be slick as he indicates 1 wheel, has a picture of 4, but it's priced at $750 (I think it's an auction). Shipping is $250... So it's hard to say if that's 1 or 4. You could ship them straight to wheelkid for his magic. I think my buddy was on a 6 month wait to get his wheels done.
